Hi my baby boy is 20 days old,all good but he has acne on face and some kind of rashes on hand,is it normal

Atogla cream you can apply and also please consult your doctor this is not looking like a heat rash it could probably be associated with some allergy that once your doctor is going to examine they can advise you with the proper treatment to follow for your child
