hi mam 2 months completed but my baby 5pm to 11pm is very cranky why mam. and my son 6 years completed but still some words not able to speak why ?

Bonnisan you can give to the child as a child could be crying due to stomach pain so this medicine will help and for the older one if the speech of the words of the child is not clear with regular pronunciation practice it could be better you can consult a speech therapist
