hi...I am a breastfeeding mother..my baby is 5 months old...from yesterday I found a small milk blister on my nipple...how can I cure it...any suggestions please

A. Namaste Mom, Quite new moms does face this issue , apply some warm coconut oil or ghee over the effected area, and avoid wearing bra at home. you may wipe the nipple and surrounding area with a clean and soft cloth.
