Hi Doctor, My Son is 26months old now and he doesn’t speak 2 words except animals fruits and ABC letters. No eye contact, only pointing out the things if needed anything. Please guide us.

Maam where has your child learned all these things from like rhymes poems ABCD whatever you say because actually what happens is in an early age kids actually are exposed to a lot of for learning better that is what parents feel that can actually lead to dealing in the growth of the child they don’t have an understanding of things to say and speak and no eye contact can be due to poor iron level in the body so ahead of this I would highly recommend you to once consult a child psychologist
