Hi Doctor, My son is 2 years old now. But I can't manage his sleep schedule. Late night sleep and late morning wakeup. I can't correct it. Can you please tell me your suggestions. And one more thing, If I am planning for my second baby VBAC is possible after 2 years of C-section or I have to wait for some more years?

I must tell you you should completely stop giving daytime nap to the child and try to get the child totally tired and exhausted by the night so that the child will learn to sleep early and through the night and we wake up fresh in the morning this will actually help you in the school also and no madam you cannot go for a normal delivery if you’ve already had a C-section
