Hi Doctor, My girl baby is 7 months old from past one week as she is suffering from cold and nose block, I'm giving maxtra oral drops and saline in between i apply baby rub also but still there is a congestion in her nose, please can you tell why this happened and suggest any home remedies

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. hello. do give maxtra as per advice of your doctor... give her indirect steam inhalation 3 to 4 times a day and yiu can also do mustard oil massage, it will help her.

AbhayaMom of a 16 yr 7 m old boy2 years agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Please give indirect steam to the baby. Also massage baby chest with lukewarm BabyHug mustard oil. You can alao rub kids Vaporub on kids clothes near chest area. Keep the baby warm at all times. You can also put saline drops in the nose of the baby. Pleae give honey in lukewarm water to the baby. Also give Patanjali Shavasari syrup in lukewarm water to the baby. you can also give turmeric milk to the baby. Thanks and take care
