hi doctor.. I want to plan second baby (1st one 6 years old) in may 2026 onwards.. please tell me when can I start taking follic acid, from when and in what dose??

One tablet per day you can take and if you have taken any previously during your time of first conception and pregnancy you can follow the same medicine and same to our suggested otherwise you can check with the doctor about it otherwise one tablet in in a day is good enough
