Hi Doc, meri 1.7 month old daughter ko thoda fever aata hai 99 to 100, also ghar main koi bhi covid +ve nahi hai. Uske gums main bhi swelling hai, teething ho rahi hai nd mouth ulcer hai. Plz help

A. Hi bacche ko low grade fever teething ki wajah se aaraha hai. aap bacche k gums ko clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth se din me 3-4 baar Massage kare isse teeth ko bahar nikalne me help hogi.
