hi all today i observed a white spot on my baby nipple, I touched it's not hard also my baby is now 3 months old i will attach pic , pls c and tell

In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examination obhnr assessment is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .
