hello sir! mere bete ko kahi din se jukam or khansi ho rhi h. khansi itni jada nhi h but uski chest m cough bhut ho rha h jisse awaj b aati h. or naak b band ho jati h uski jiski wjha se vo shi se so b ni pata h or na hi feed kr pata h thk se. Dawai b de di but koi aram nhi ho rha h to pls bta dijiye kya kru.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. बहुत बार छोटे बच्चे को वातावरण बदलने से सर्दी खांसी की तकलीफ हो जाती है। बच्चे के नाक में सलाइन ड्रॉप्स डालिए हर 2 से 3 घंटे में। आप बच्चे को इनडायरेक्ट स्टीम इनहेलेशन भी दे सकते हैं। बच्चे के अगल-बगल का वातावरणx बहुत ज्यादा ठंडा से गर्म और गर्म से ठंडा ना हो इस बात का ध्यान रखिए . अगर दो से 3 दिन में बच्चे को राहत नहीं मिलती है तो डॉक्टर से मिलना पड़ेगा

Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given. along with that cough expectorant and decongestant wihith antiallergic medicine given. steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.
