Hello.my daughter is 3 years old.she has some white heads on cheeks and neck and are growing bigger.can anybody help

Rashmi GuptaMom of a 12 yr old girl4 days agoA. Mam without a physical assessment we cannot confirm what can be the reason behind these big white heads as you mentioned that their in increasing so I’m not sure it’s white heads or some kind of an allergy or infection that is there
