Q.

Hello ma’am, my baby is 4 mnths 15 days, our paediatrician has advised to stop giving D3 and start 7 drops of multivitamins (these drops have 200 iu per ml D3). Till one year we should give 400 iu? How to manage the drops? Can i give both? Or should I continue only with D3? Because how to calculate IU in 7 drops ?

A. Yes you can give both the drops separately multivitamin and vitamin which is mandatory to be given to the child but the only thing is that you cannot give two supplements together which is why when you given in the morning which is good and you can give vitamin D and in the evening you can give multivitamin as per dose recommended by the dr
