Hello ma’am, I’m 7 month 15 days old baby month. I want to know about him diet. How much cerelac and moong daal quality can I give to him. 1. I’m giving half bowl of cerelac with 1 soaked almonds, thrice a day. 2. 1-2 time moong daal a day 3. Sometimes I’m giving him half banana Pls suggest me is that harmful diet for my baby. I’m very worried about that.

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 5 m old girl4 years agoA. hi please don't get panic. all babies are different and so they have their own specific sleep and feeding patterns. so please feed your child on demand please don't force feed or overfeed your child. if your child looks happy healthy and active gains enough weight then no need to worry about anything.
