Hello ma'am Good Morning my daughter rina is 3.8 years old. Before 10 days she had some white patches in her mouth. we visited the Dr. he says she had a fungal infection & he suggested some gel to apply 4 times per day. within 5 days she had fully recovered. & after 2 days i noticed some lil patches again & I apply thrice in a day. it's gone. but after 3 or 4 days it was yesterday I saw again that patches in her mouth so please suggest me what to do? 10 days ago when we visited the dr. related to this problem he told us because of vitamin deficiency She had this problem He suggested that we start some Supplementary Vitamins after a week but some how I started it from Wednesday. & she had her 2 doze of the Supplmentey today is third day.
