Ashwini KNMom of a 4 m old boy3 weeks agoA. Continue tummy time every day while the baby is awake and supervised. Several short sessions are fine if the baby gets tired.
Put a toy or your face directly in front of the baby to encourage lifting and turning the head.
Try tummy time on your chest while you are reclined; this can be easier and still encourages head lifting.
Give plenty of floor play on the back and tummy, rather than keeping the baby for long periods in swings, bouncers or car seats.
When carrying the baby upright, support the head and neck until control improves.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children5 years agoA. only by six months and rest you can take advice from your doctor regarding this to guide you properly in details and that would be the best approach in a proper way.
