hello I am mother of 3y7m girl. she going to school june too. in July first week she has fever one day august 10 she has fever motion, vomiting and sep last night her body heat and pooping 3tine but not watery. her temp now 100. why happen every month. what can I do

Could be associated with viral but also you need to check with your child if your child is facing any difficulty in the school because sometimes kids are scared or not very happy in the school that time also this thing can happen so better to talk to your child also and get your child checked forviral and iron deficiency
