hello dr My baby girl is 1 month 6 days old and she is having trouble passing gas she cries when she passes the gas don't know why this happening the medicine is going on which are Ultra D3 drop Calcimax syrp Neopeptine Drop Mucolite drops and Gastrofloran GG drop Please help me why she is having problems she cries when she is passing the gas she feeds properly burp properly and weight is also gaining mashallah but why then this is happening so much worried about it please help me out

Well actually a lot of new parents do not know that having stomach pain and really be very big reason to make the child cry constantly and that’s very normal so if the child is crying non-stop then you can give the medicine associated with stomach pain which will be quite helpful right now
