Hello Doctor, my son is 2 years 7 months old. We parents observed that our son has interested only in alphabets & numbers. In everything, he tried to saw numbers or alphabets. Eg. I took him to park at our society where many four wheelers were parked in parking. My son started to read number plates of every car. When he was in park, instead of playing with slides or swings etc. he started reading alphabets written on instruction board. I tried at my level best to distract him from doing all this. Please let me know first, is this something like phobia of any particular thing? If yes/no, how can I change his mind or distract him from numbers & alphabets? Thank you so much in advance!!
