Hello doctor, My son is 11 months old and from last 6 days he is doing poop green in color , foamy and has acidic smell as well. Also I don’t think it’s teething phase. What would be the cause of this and what would you recommend?

ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist3 years agoA. Hi kids usually suffer from loose motions during the teething phase due to stomach infection as kid's tend to put every stuff in their mouth to chew on. consult with your pediatrician for regular health checkup of your child

Sonam PrasadMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hi dear Breastfed baby poop is considered normal when it's a mustard yellow, green or brown color. It is typically seedy and pasty in texture and may be runny enough to resemble diarrhea. Healthy breastfed stools will smell sweet (unlike regular bowel-movement odor).
