A. Hello good evening !! Few new born babies on breast feed constipate sometimes ,if the baby is actively taking feed with no gas,tight tummy issues then no worries until 3-4 days. Do tummy massage with warm caster oil or coconut oil ,gently for 5 minutes in a clockwise direction using finger tips .
