hello doctor/madam pls help regarding my baby is 5 months 20 days old urine as well as fever problem his urine is yellow and his body head to toe temperature is hot but thermometer not showing fever pls refer the picture

The details that you are mentioning are very normal for a child the body temperature sometimes can be warm without fever also and the urine looks like this only when you see it in a diaper both things are normal but yes as a mother if you have any kind of a doubt about it you can always discuss the issue with your doctor for having better clarity over the situation
