Hello ma’am Both of them are good there is no issue with it but I’m not very sure whether you can take it during the lactation so as of now do not take it you can take it once your child completes the age of six months when you are not exclusively breastfeeding the baby and as of now you can start applying onion juice into your scalp and keep it for 30 minutes and then wash it with any chemical free shampoo and mineral water
