Hello Doctor Good Noon I have one month old baby boy of weight 4.3kg. I have seen that he is constipation problem as well as gastic and I have give him Drop Gastica but no releif Kindly suggest something

Constipation is normal in this age you don’t have to give any medicine for that for gas if you have given any of the child is not relieved then press the knee towards the chest that is going to help for constipation of the child is having discomfort you can put us suppository
