hello doc...my daughter is 11 years and 10 months old...she got spotting for the first time(only a few drops)..is that okay?at this age is she started her periods??

A. She is at the optimum age for the Peanuts to start so don’t worry about it. Teach her about mental hygiene and keep her ready with pads if periods start at school
