hello doc. mera beta 5 month old h, phle wo breastfeeding k sath night me bottle/spoon se bhi milk pee leta tha lekin ab bas breastfeeding hi krta h....what should i do to make interest of my son to drink the milk by bottle/spoon along with breastfeeding.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 8 yr 2 m old boy4 years agoA. first of all meet your doctor and get the weight of the child assessment done. if the weight gain of the child is within normal limits as well as the urine output is normal then do not worry about the feeding pattern, the sleeping pattern and the crying pattern of the child. your doctor is the best person to tell you whether any outside milk is required or not until that time kindly continue only breastfeeding. continue exclusive bbreastfeeding till 6 months of age of the child. small all children take demand feeding that is when they feel hungry they will take feeding.

The Child is actually growing up which is why your child may be more interested in having breastfeeding because I feel a connect with their mother when they are taking a feeding directly with the mother so one time you give breastfeeding otherwise time you give a feeding to the child with the bottle keep your child in the lap in the same manner and then try to feed
