A. hi good morning. you can give papaya it's rich in vitamin A. fibre good for tummy. also give easy to digest foods fruits. try indirect steam vaporizer will be helpful .. consult with your doctor for examination and treatment if persistent

A. what if we are staying in colder regions where the Papay is very cold due to the cold atmosphere? it is like refrigerated cold like abt 10 to 17 deg temp.
