Q.

Good morning sir, Vedhansh Karthikeya received the influenza vaccine in the 7th month. We were told that fever and pain would be less, but he developed a high fever. At 12:30, Nithya gave paracetamol drops. The temperature came down from 103°F to 100°F and later became normal. Now in the 8th month, on the 12th, he has to take the second influenza vaccine. Is a 103°F fever after vaccination considered a danger sign, sir? After vaccination, can we give paracetamol drops after 5 hours to prevent fever, or should we give them only if fever develops? Even after giving the drops, the fever keeps going up and down. Can we wipe the body with a wet cloth to reduce fever? Should we use normal water or warm water?
