dry spots on face , what can we use ? she is now 1 yr 8 months , She has been using Himalaya body wash since born pls advise what is the best body wash and cream at this age ?

Babyhug body wash or soap you can use that’s a good option for you but when you talk about cream and if the white patches few are certain are associated with dryness then you can use the EVION vitamin E cream as sometimes it can be associated with other issues also I would highly recommend to consult your doctor one time
