Rashmi GuptaMom of a 11 yr 7 m old girl3 weeks agoA. Yes yes of course we so so so healthy that you can give it to the child as beetroot is highly rich in iron and it’s extremely good you can also introduce spinach in this age which is extremely good source of iron and fibre at the same time
