Q.
Can I give Nemocid for 1year 3month baby for treating worms???Actually I consult a doctor and he prescribed 2.5ml each nemocid syrup in 2 weeks gap.But I found that nemocid is not recommended to children below 2years. What to do??

Author of questionMom of 2 children4 years agoA. already give a deworming medicine in 1year..bt still worms can see in stool. this is the reason y I ask👇 is this medicine normally prescribe to children below 2years???

Deworming medicine needs to be given routinely to every child after one year of age and the dose is 200 mg of albendazole once at night time and thgten repeat the same dose after 14 days once this cycle should be repeated every six months at least till 5 year of age but it is advisable to give this medicine only after taking guidance by your doctor
