Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello good evening !! Post delivery besan,moongdal and other chana dal recipes heavy, spicy foods are not suggested until 2-3 months. As besan (chanadal) take time to digest and also chances of causing pus formation in case of stitches . So better avoid for 2 months have other millets, Cereals,idly, dosa, sooji, Dalia.
