#asktheexperts Why he doesn't sleep or settle down easily, always wakes up just in 1/2 to 1 hr

A. That’s mostly due to hunger maybe the fee that you’re providing to the child is keeping the child full for a very small spa time because that is why they wake up instantly or maybe a small time to take a feed again you should start giving foods with proper salt and spices to make your child eat proper and better
