Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 9 m old boy5 days agoA. Hello good evening !! Give 3 meals breakfast ,lunch and dinner - Protein,calcium, fibre rich foods ,fruits and healthy snacks. Engage in outdoor play,physical activities,brain development games,activities for all overall growth and development.
