#asktheexperts My twin daughters like milk with chocolate powder, but I heard that Horlicks, bornvita, complain, etc. these are full of Sugar and not healthy for kids what is the best substitute for this.

A. Namaste Mom, Well you can instead use cocopowder (without sugar ) and add instead dates or jaggery to the milk , you can make own mix with mix of nuts and seeds with coocpowder as well

A. chocovita chocolate milk mix... it is by baby organo brand that is kids ayurvedic wellness brand and it is very very good. No sugar, instead they use natural sweetners like jaggery, honey, mishri... we are giving this to our child since 5 months now and or child loves it very much...

A. That’s actually true these things are not good to be given to the child so if you want to give something you can make a dry fruit powder and to give it a chocolate flavour you can add some unsweetened cocoa powder and to make it sweet if you want you can add some jaggery powder it’s a very healthy combination to be given
