Rashmi GuptaMom of a 12 yr old girl1 day agoA. Meftal is good for the child of the fever is on the higher side maybe if the fever is on the higher side like 102°F then you can give this medicine otherwise any basic paracetamol you can offer to the child like Calpol or Crocin
