AbhayaMom of a 16 yr 8 m old boy22 hours agoA. Hello mama Avoid giving late evening naps and take ur baby to park to play .. This will help ur baby to exert and will sleep properly at night time. u can also massage ur baby or give Bath with warm water before sleeping. This also helps to give sound and comfortable sleep
