Rashmi GuptaMom of a 12 yr old girl4 days agoA. You can continue with the paracetamol and you can repeat it every six hours but the condition is if the fever doesn’t subside completely by completing the the Time of three days maximum 72 hours and in that case you need to consult your doctor
