A lot of kids behaved like this but it is a gut related issue I believe that is why this is happening that the child is so scared to look at the food I feel so uncomfortable that they behave like this you should check with your doctor they will help with some medicine to fix the Got issue it’s more psychological issue then tissue a lot of kids behaved like this which is very normal in this age it will get better over the period
