#asktheexperts My 3.10 year old daughter has a nanny who is diagnosed with typhoid..my daughter was in a very close contact with her.. yesterday also she came and left early and informed us in the evening..my daughter is having running nose and coughing..what should I do.. should I visit the doctor

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 10 m old girl2 weeks agoA. The kid may have gotten an infection from your nanny cold and cough she also must be having other than having typhoid so yes you should see your doctor for the medicines to be given but typhoid is not contagious so you don’t have to worry about that
