#asktheexperts My 2.5 year old boy is 11.8 kg. He eats healthy, is a good eater and very active. But still his weight gain is slow. What should I do?

A. hi mom make nuts powder of cashew, almonds, dry dates, jaggery powder, cardamom powder and add in milk and give daily to child give paneer or eggs or chicken or soya or tofu

A. The weight gain is in slow the weight gain of the child seems proper but yes you can include more of proteins in the diet of your child and also check with your doctor if your child has poor digestion or nutritional deficiency that can be a big reason behind improper weight gain
