#asktheexperts My 1 year old daughter passes her stool almost 3-4 times per day. The first stool appears to be normal but the remaining stools have a small presence of mucus in it. Is this normal or should any medications be taken?

Rashmi GuptaMom of a 11 yr 11 m old girl3 days agoA. Sometimes mucus is normal sometimes it could be associated with infection also so if it has been happening regularly for sometime then in dark case I think it would be a good idea consult your doctor for further assistance
