AbhayaMom of a 16 yr 9 m old boy2 weeks agoA. Hello mama Mother should exclusive breastfeed her baby till six months.. Once ur baby completes six months then u can start with Cerelac, daal ka pani , ripe banana, apple puree etc as the first food.
