Crocin is very very safe to be taken but I would not advise you to take any medicine without consulting your gynaecologist because during pregnancy we do not encourage you to take any medicine even if this slightest medicine you want to take without consulting your doctor it can affect your pregnancy

If it is crossing beyond hundred, then maybe basic paracetamol should help. Do not overmedicate or self medicate further. Get in touch with your consulting doctor to guide you further.
