A. dear mum, even if your baby is gaining weight at least 500 grams per month and is active, alert, passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours it indicates good health.

A. good morning as long as the weight gain of the child is around 400 grams per month you don't have to worry about it should not be less than that in that case you need to supplement with formula milk also
