#asktheexperts hello! I am breastfeeding my 14 month old. My period came around 11 month mark but after that my period has still not returned. Pregnancy test is negative . Is it normal?

A. Namaste MOm, Yes pretty much normal , some may not get periods till they are lactating were as some may it could be irregular as well, gradually it settles down.

A. Hello mama yes this is normal. Periods gets irregular till u breastfeed ur baby .. so no need to worry .. but take necessary precautions when u do Intercourse as chances of getting pregnant are there.
