#asktheexperts Hello doctor my baby 2.7 years old has fever . I have given a paracetamol syrup around5pm and now also I m seeing little bit temperature Is it suggest to give the same syrup within 4-5 hours gap Please advise

A. Yes you should actually repeat the same paracetamol to the child of every six hours if you see fever is there it is actually the correct way to give it right now you can repeat the dose again after six hours that is 11 PM according to the past time and that should be good
