#asktheexperts do we need to give iron drops separately to my 7+month baby He was full breastfed and i started solids since a month now I give him vitamin D 1ml (400 IU) and A to Z multivitamin 1ml every day Apart from this is iron drops required separately to be given?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 days agoA. dear mom. their is no need to give iron drops in all babies. in case of any nutrition deficiency / iron deficiency you can give it after consulting your doctor
