#asktheexperts dear doctor my daughter is 3yrs old. very active talks plays but doesn't sleep in day time. she sleeps late at night and wakes up early.. she eats less .. still 10 kg... what to do for eating

Is it some kind of deficiency problem? Better to check with your consulting paediatrician for guidance. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green, leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits, and dairy in the diet. Some kids to stop sleeping in the afternoon like my child.
