AbhayaMom of a 16 yr 7 m old boy3 weeks agoA. Hello mama yes u can feed ur baby in sleeping position. There is no problem in that . Mother should exclusive breastfeed her baby till 6 months. Feed after every two three hours interval or when demanded by the baby.
