#asktheexperts Baby crying a lot and difficult to put to sleep. She is 3 months 26 days. 1. Is this sleep regression? 2. When does baby starts to be less fussy and more sleepy easily ? 3. What are the proven or best techniques to handle fussy babies ? 4. Also her feed gaps are 3 hours. How much time after every feed we should put her to sleep? thanks.

A. dear mum , teething can cause fussy behaviour recognise early sleep cues to take for sleeping so that easier for baby to sleep sleep regression causes disturbed sleep colic hold , white sound , dim lights , gently rocking helps or when very difficult then ever fresh air - pram or car ride
